Gelonghui April 18 丨 Jianpeng Holdings (01722abuc3.HK) announced that on April 18, 2024, Jianpeng Construction, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a subcontracting framework agreement with Gong Jianer Builders, pursuant to which Gong Jianer Builders conditionally agreed to provide subcontracting services to the Group in respect of construction and renovation works in accordance with the terms therein, subject to independent shareholders 'approval at the annual general meeting.
