Based on the continued improvement in performance, Camel shares paid a cash dividend of 2.70 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 317 million yuan.

Camel shares was listed in 2011, is the domestic automotive low-voltage battery industry leader, the main business includes automotive low-voltage battery business, recycling business and energy storage business.

In the company's main business in 2023, the income from low-voltage lead-acid batteries was 10.88 billion yuan, accounting for 77.28% of the operating income; the income from recycled lead was 2.874 billion yuan, down 7.58% from the same period last year, accounting for 20.42% of the operating income; and the revenue from lithium batteries was 85 million yuan, up 37.95% from the same period last year, accounting for 0.6% of the operating income.

It is worth mentioning that although Camel shares do not pay as much attention as power battery manufacturers, because its low-voltage batteries are widely used in the industry, Camel's customers include almost all the well-known car companies in China.

Last year, the company's annual sales of low-voltage lead-acid batteries totaled 34.6 million kVAh, up 7.45% from a year earlier, of which sales of auxiliary batteries for new energy vehicles increased by nearly 45%. In terms of fuel vehicles, the company has achieved mass production and supply of 51 models throughout the year, of which Changan, Chery and BYD have all increased; 60 new mainframe factory projects have been designated, including brilliance BMW 2025-2028 lead-acid AGM product project.

A total of 35 project assignments were obtained in the whole year, of which 12V Lithium Power has realized the project assignments of Geely, Guangzhou Automobile, Dongfeng, Selis and other car companies and new car-building forces; for 24V Lithium, it has realized the project assignments of Futian Daimler, BAIC Foton, Great Wall, Geely and other car companies.

The capacity layout of the low-voltage lithium battery business is also constantly improving. According to the annual report, the construction of Camel's low-carbon industrial park in Xiangyang City began in July 2023. The first phase plans to build a low-voltage lithium battery and 2GWh lithium storage battery project and supporting facilities with an annual capacity of 4 million sets. The project is under construction as planned.

After more than 40 years of independent development and extension mergers and acquisitions, the company has established a circular economy model of "battery production-sales-recovery-recycling-production and reuse" in the field of automotive low-voltage lead-acid batteries.
